Shipping
1. ORDER PROCESSING: All orders placed through our website are subject to processing prior to dispatch. Standard processing times generally range from one (1) to two (2) business days following payment confirmation; however, such timeframes are provided as estimates only and may be extended during periods of unusually high order volume, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays. Customers will be provided with an electronic confirmation of order receipt, followed by a subsequent notification once the goods have been prepared for shipment.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
The estimated transit and delivery times provided below are intended solely as guidelines and are not to be construed as guarantees:
United Kingdom: typically two (2) to four (4) business days from the date of dispatch.
United States: typically three (3) to five (5) business days from the date of dispatch.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the geographic location of the customer, the efficiency of the designated carrier, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond Escentra’s reasonable control.
3. FAILED DELIVERIES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES & REDELIVERY:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that accurate and complete delivery information is provided at the time of purchase. Orders which are undeliverable due to inaccurate address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier’s facility may be returned to Escentra. In such instances, Escentra will, where possible, contact the customer to arrange reshipment; however, additional shipping fees may be assessed at our discretion before a subsequent delivery attempt is initiated.
Returns
1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY:
1.1. Subject to the conditions outlined herein, you may return any product purchased from us within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in substantially the same condition as when received. We reserve the right, exercisable at our sole discretion, to reject any return which fails to meet these criteria.
1.3. Escentra does not designate any products as “final sale”; accordingly, all products are eligible for return, subject to the terms of this Policy.
2. REFUNDS:
2.1. All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Following inspection, Escentra will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
2.2. If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within seven (7) working days of such approval.
2.3. Where applicable, any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase will also be refunded.
3. EXCHANGES:
3.1. Exchanges are permitted only upon request and subject to product availability.
3.2. In the event that a requested exchange cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be issued a refund in accordance with Section 2 of this Policy.
